Post-installation

After completing the steps above, and restarting the font server and/or X as appropriate, you can check that the Oriya font is available with,

  /usr/X11R6/bin/xlsfonts | grep utkal

For the fontconfig system, you can similarly check with,

  fc-list | grep utkal

Likewise, the Oriya font should show up in the GNOME and KDE font selectors.
